چکیده

The small-signal dielectric and piezoelectric coefficients of paper-derived sodium potassium niobate, K0.5Na0.5NbO3 (KNN), were compared with those conventionally prepared samples. Results show similar functional properties KNN without significantly decreasing the coefficient. structure microstructure analysis conventional did not reveal any significant difference in crystal grain size. However, temperature-dependent inter-ferroelectric phase transition temperature estimated from permittivity data revealed a decrease approximately 18°C for is possibly associated structural microstructural defects. This work indicates that optimizing suspension chemistry sintering conditions will be critical to enhance response further. Moreover, ceramic processing, novel cost-effective additive manufacturing technology, can potentially used fabricate other electroceramics wide range porosities sizes as well complex geometries multilayer structures.

Sintering of Lead-Free Piezoelectric Sodium Potassium Niobate Ceramics

The potassium sodium niobate, K0.5Na0.5NbO₃, solid solution (KNN) is considered as one of the most promising, environment-friendly, lead-free candidates to replace highly efficient, lead-based piezoelectrics. Since the first reports of KNN, it has been recognized that obtaining phase-pure materials with a high density and a uniform, fine-grained microstructure is a major challenge. For this rea...

Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of sodium lithium niobate Na1−xLixNbO3 lead free ferroelectric ceramics

High density sodium lithium niobate lead free ceramics near the morphtropic phase boundary [NaxLi1−xNbO3, (LNN), x=0.12] were prepared by the solid state reaction method. XRD patterns showed that the lattice structures were changed after polarization. The temperature dependence of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss, pyroelectric coefficient and DSC curves of LNN ceramics showed that th...
